casey Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 A rather strange choice of words from that report. Is the equipment broken, too old to be of any use, who knows. Anyway at this school the kit is rarely less than 100% working, what the children and teachers choose to do with that equipment is up to them.
