Hi,

 

Has anyone got an example form that they may have in relation to consenting to a biometric cashless catering system.

 

I have one and after reading Protection of Freedoms Act, I am not really sure if the form meets the specification as set by Chapter 2.

 

If you could PM me or post it below I would be really greatful.
