Schools Broadband GPO Setting

Hi

 

I have an issue where I need to turn off UC\Amin templates\windows components\internet explorer\internet control panel\security page\Intranet Sites: include all sites that bypass the proxy server because some websites are not displaying correctly after implementing the detailed logging on litespeed. This is where it gets wierd, if a user turns it off manually the sites load correctly, if I apply the setting via GPO the sites do not load correctly even though I can see the setting has applied. So far I have tried

 

1. I have had a test user with no other GPO's linked other than this one in case there is a conflict somewhere

2. RSOP indicates that the setting is applied

3. I have created another GPO incase the first one was corrupt in some way

 

If I remove the link to PAC file that SBB have generated then all sites work fine too, has anyone come accross this before as I am at a loss now.
