Problems accessing a particular website from a domain PC

Hi there,

 

using my personal laptop via the school wifi and when at home, I can access https://ca-marking.assessor.rm.com/Assessor.Web/Marker.aspx

 

However, I i'm logged on to a domain PC I cannot access it at all.

 

Google Chrome - This site can't be reached. ca-marking.assessor took too long to respond. ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Firefox - The connection has timed out.

IE11 - This page can't be displayed. Make sure the web address https://ca-marking.assessor.rm.com is correct.

 

I have tried accessing the site with the AV disabled, have added an allow rule on the Lightspeed box for the domain and added my PC as an internal ignore on the Lightspeed box.

 

I'm running out of ideas now, anyone got anything else for me to try?
