[sims] Solus 3 agent via GPO

Hi All,

 

Is there a way to either have the solus 3 agent automatically install after a computer has been reimaged or to use a gpo to install the agent?

 

the reason for this is to reduce the number of things that need to be done after a pc has been reimaged.

This is be amazing if it is do-able. Unfortunately i fear it isn't!

Why couldn't you?

 

The manual installer just runs a batch so assuming you can get it to run silently then it'll be fine wouldn't it?

 

Assuming you have added the PC before hand then it should just connect up to the machine already known in the Solus server

i looked at the manual install and it is the way to go however it will need an MST with the servers details of the sims server, this is the part i am not sure about.

Cheers superfletch, i will have a look. I have tried that program before but not had much luck maybe an hour during half term with no distractions will be the best time.
