Azure - Levels of Purchase

Afternoon All,

 

Could anyone help me with an Azure question? We have worked out (thanks @EduTech) why we cannot create a custom app in Azure - basically it is because we are on the free tier.

 

We want to implement this: Room Booking System - Online Room Booking Software - and make use of our SSO.

 

The company have provided all the setup instructions but due to our level of Azure we cannot do it.

 

So - what have other schools got? What do I need to pay?
