UK nuclear attack warning message. Full copy

Hi all,

About 6 months ago i found a full recording of the warning message that would have been played by the bbc in the event of a nuclear attack.

Sure it was the one recorded by Peter Donaldson.

Can only find a clip now though and wanted to show the history teacher.

Anyone got a link to it, cant remember where i found it.

Just wait for Russia to kick of in few years and you'll be able to record the new one.

There might not be many people to play it to though.

wonder what the current script goes like now.

Found that link, its only got a snippit in it.

Somewhere there is a full recording but doesnt seem to exist anymore.

Found a transcript, but not much more. Looks like it was supposed to be read live though.

I remember watching Protect and Survive when it was broadcast on TV. Jolly times, the '70s. The jingle still gives me the heebie jeebies.
