Help - Windows 10 upgrade issue

Hi Guys and Gals.

My PC was running Windows 7 Pro. Properly licensed etc

 

Today I decided to upgrade it using the 'So Called online App' to Windows 10.

 

After it had installed I noticed it was Windows 10 Home.!!

 

Any thoughts on this??

You sure it was Windows 7 Pro? According to the FAQ you should have been upgraded to Pro.

EDIT - You could try this if you have your Windows 7 License Key? http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-10/upgrade-windows-10-pro

Found online someone with a similar issue. Hopefully the fix will work for you too (seems you will need your 7 Pro product key at hand).
