Seems some of the new look Gen 1s are not to great, like the Muk or Persian. Were others look good, like the Ninetails or Geodude. Guest different people will like the look of different Pokemon.

today to talk to someone outside the poke centre (sorry i cant remember what the reward was)

23rd a lady in the left corner of the town in the demo will do something

30th an old man inside the Town hall celebrates his Pikachu’s birthday, and he asks you to celebrate with him

5th a policeman standing on the pier will do something (probably related to team skull, dunno

11th a girl in the ferry terminal is leaving and wants you to say goodbye to her

well ive got past the first trial and got a z ring and a crystal. enjoying it so far though it is pretty hand holdey at times and team skull seem more like comic relief than anything lol. Even got the beginnings of a decent team and managed to come up with names for them that dont totally suck

can i get an opinion though is using the qr codes that are online to catch a specific Pokemon (lapras) cheating or just using the system to your advantage?

 

all the grooming stuff works soo much better with the stylus than by hand which is a bit of a pita

IMO cheating, but acceptable if the 'mons aren't actually catchable in the game.

Also acceptable if you've already beaten the game and want to restart with a specific party (just don't cheese it and make your starting party all L100)

moomin is an old cartoon character that looks a bit like a slowpoke and stay puft that whatever it is looks a bit like the stay puft marshmallow man from ghostbusters just yellow lol

 

that pretty much my thoughts on the qr codes i THINK lapras is catchable but im not sure. Dont have any intention of cheesing it with level 100 mons no point and i have a higher levelled mon from the demo ashgreninja i just cant use it yet lol

yes they are but its one i dont ever remember really using. Im about 6 hours in (im not rushing round) and i got it fairly late in my session last night all i did this morning is let micachu beat up a load of spearow(captian jack) on the way to the next waypoint. I think ive opened up trading if you want i can go catch you a growlith not going to set me back much more than 10-20 mins
