Disabling iPad Accessibility controls

One of our Year 5 kids keeps doing the amusing thing of inverting the colours on the iPads (pretty sure it's the same one that rotates the desktops on the laptops) highly hilarious I'm sure you'll agree.

 

So question is, can I disable the accessibility options through configurator 1.7.2? I've had a look through the payloads and can't see anything relating to it.

Afraid not, this is one of the few things the kids are still able to mess with.
