garethEds Posted April 29, 2016 Posted April 29, 2016 Good afternoon, We currently use a synced AzureAD for certain products and are trying to add a Custom App. When I choose Custom and move forward through the settings it keeps adding box.com as the app we want to use for SSO I am trying to set up authentication for a Room Booking System. I have been given all the correct settings but just cannot get Azure to setup a custom app. Any help appreciated, Gareth
GFormby Posted April 29, 2016 Posted April 29, 2016 I had this problem the other day. I was trying to add Clickview. It only worked when I upgraded our Azure to the premium version. From memory there is a try for 30 days option. Not sure what I'll do after expires but it allowed me to add Clickview after that which is all I want to test for now
garethEds Posted May 5, 2016 Author Posted May 5, 2016 @EduTech - James can you advise on anything here? Seems to be a bug in Azure.
Michael Posted May 5, 2016 Posted May 5, 2016 You can create Rooms in O365 as one option, so this doesn't rely directly on Azure.

Not sure what you mean - I just need the staff to be able to authenticate against our Azure AD with their school credentials when using our potential new booking system. I've spoken with Room Bookings System and they too are seeing the same issue. Gareth
Michael Posted May 5, 2016 Posted May 5, 2016 If you open the O365 Admin console, about half way down on the left you'll see 'Meeting Rooms'. Create the rooms required here. When creating an entry within the Calendar, you can select from the available Meeting Rooms as part of the process.
garethEds Posted May 16, 2016 Author Posted May 16, 2016 Is this sorted now Gareth? James. Nope. I choose Custom Application, I click the tick on the bottom right and it installs Box Not ideal and is currently a barrier to us signing up for a service. Gareth
EduTech Posted May 16, 2016 Posted May 16, 2016 send me a PM with your e-mail address and I will have a look at this with you. I need your TenantID etc. so I don't want you to post that here publicly. Thanks
