Mobile phones - business contract

I've recently inherited management of the EE mobile phone contract which has approx 60 phones on it and, due to the way these things work, there are about 2 dozen end-dates. As a phone comes out of contract I need to contact the provider and ask that it is reduced to SIM only and with everything else that's going on I don't always remember to do this. My account manager seems to only work 1 or 2 days a week so telephone calls are unanswered and any emails often take a week to be answered. Overall I am not very impressed with the service we get. It would be nice to pay a little less but that's not a requirement. All contracts include unlimited calls and texts plus a data allowance so there is little room for anything better there and to be honest that's not my problem - what I want is a company where my calls will be picked up, emails will be answered within a day or so and most importantly phones are automatically dropped to SIM only at the end of the contract - I understand why they don't do it but if a company will do that for me I'll almost certainly give them the business!

 

I would rather deal with a large company - either direct with the network provider or through a major retailer - but if I can get the same (or better) deal at the same (or lower) cost with better service then I would consider anybody!

 

Anybody any good or bad experience of dealing with mobile phone companies?

I used to deal with Gamma at my old place for both SIP Trunks and mobile. They use the Vodafone network and came with handy features such as automatic integration with fixed lines, PAYG under the agreement, signal boosters if needed in buildings and my old account manager was always reachable when not on holiday. If she was on holiday I always got told beforehand and given a new person to deal with, far cheaper than Vodafone who we used before (strangely enough)

I'm more than happy to +1 Gamma. I used to use them for mobiles, and they also provided us with our Palo Alto as well.

We are in the process of moving onto the ja.net network although our (hosted) telephone system is not being changed at the moment. In time I will change that as well but at the moment it's just mobiles although it makes sense to look to a company that can provide both mobiles and landlines so I may well look at Gamma as an option
