Keychain issues! ?

Weve got a suite of macs, the users connect to a windows server to gain access to there files using the connect to server option on the mac,

 

they have been using the SMB:\\SERVER\SHARE command to connect, and then you have to authenicate.. all has been fine untill recently it doesnt ask you to authenticate anymore.. it just opens an empty folder. I presume somebody has ticked Remember this password in the keychain, but when i search the saved keychains i cant see any!!

 

If i connect using SMB:\\WORKGROUP;USERNAME:PASSWORD@SERVER\SHARE it works fine everytime..

 

Any ideas?!

keychains are stored in ~/Library/Keychains

 

delete the folder

logout

log back in again

 

if its a keychain issue should sort it
