m2d2 Posted January 31, 2008 Posted January 31, 2008 Does anyone know of any software that provides simplified account managment. I know about delegating password resets but it might be useful to allow junior techs to create accounts from approved templates. Is Ranger the only way to do this on Windows networks?
Joedetic Posted January 31, 2008 Posted January 31, 2008 I don't know if it's appropriate but AD Infinitum can be a useful tool. It's not free but I've known people use it in the past and be quite happy with it for bulk imports etc. http://www.newfawm.com/adi2.htm
mac_shinobi Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 http://www.wisesoft.co.uk has some free utils ( registration is free ) not sure if that is any use to you
Geoff Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 If you install IIS on your Domain Controller(s), you can use the AD web front end it provides.
mrforgetful Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 We use Ad Infinitum. It's ok. Geoff, how do I access that web front end? Never nead of it before!
