This is a great opportunity for a Lead ICT Engineer to support the ICT Services Manager across the Multi-Academy Trust to provide a comprehensive and high quality ICT support. You will be based across all schools in the Multi-Academy Trust, including: The Mirfield Free Grammar & Sixth Form, Colne Valley High School & Marsden Junior School.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is able to hit the ground running. You will be responsible for assisting in the management, support and administration of the ICT Systems across all three sites, as well as working closely with the current IT Teams based at each school across the Trust. As part of your role you will act as ICT support to a number of different teams including Teaching Staff, Support Staff, Students and the Senior Leadership Team.

You will work closely with the ICT Services Manager on new initiatives and projects, evaluating new technologies, working with external contractors, and on installation and training.

This is a brand new role within the Multi-Academy Trust which involves travel to multiple sites. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, customer focussed, approachable and able to communicate at a variety of different levels. You will have considerable knowledge of Windows operating systems and ideally knowledge of VM-Ware, Firewalls and Networking.
