Connected Services

Hi

 

We have installed O365 Pro Plus on Windows 7 32 bit PCs, this works for admin OK, when a member of staff logs onto the computer and opens MS Word they cant sign in and any connected services are grayed out. They cant acces clipart online either. Does anyone know what I need to do to make this work. We have traced this through Smoothwall and nothing is getting blocked. Any help is much appreciated.

There are but I have changed the filtering to test this on both accounts, its still the same.
