I've just had confirmation via telephone that the issue is resolved and to re-enable communication settings in ClassCharts. Parents will need to log out and back into the app to refresh the data.

We are experiencing the same issue, id be interested to see a resolution to this.

Hi all, We are experiencing WiFi connection issues with Windows 10 Education 1903. The connection shows as a globe, when we click on that, the SSID shows but says action needed. Click connect and it works OK, it just doesn't automatically connect anymore. Does anyone have a fix for this. TIA Eric

Hi We have installed O365 Pro Plus on Windows 7 32 bit PCs, this works for admin OK, when a member of staff logs onto the computer and opens MS Word they cant sign in and any connected services are grayed out. They cant acces clipart online either. Does anyone know what I need to do to make this work. We have traced this through Smoothwall and nothing is getting blocked. Any help is much appreciated.
