Microsoft Bridge for SfB

Afternoon all,

 

Anyone know if education licenses for O365 are going to get access to the MS Bridge functionality? or if SIP functionality is ever coming to the cloud version?

 

I would love to decommission my onsite SfB servers and go full cloud

MS are doing a SIP into cloud functionality but its only in the US last I read as they launched it as a feature of S4B at UCExpo last year and it as only with specified partners as well.

I thought that this would work if you have a E5 license as it includes the PSTN Conferencing license.

 

Microsoft can be the provider, so I didn't think you needed a Partner?

PSTN conferencing is different to "traditional" phone calls. PSTN conferencing is available today but not the latter.
