Disabling DHCP client xubuntu.

[K.C.Leblanc]

Because of the unique way our network is setup I need to disable DHCP in Xubuntu.

I'm finding if I set the DNS server manualy it's dumps the setting I give it and goes back to the one the DHCP server dishes out.

Thanks
