[Impero] Violation Alerting / Prevent Strategy

Hi All,

 

We've been trying to use Impero (5.2.10) for our Prevent and Safeguarding strategies by enabling the keyword policies and viewing violations however there seems to be much functionality missing or incomplete that make it unsuited for our needs. For example applying any sort of filter to the reports returns zero results and you can't select a group or multiple policies to report on - instead we'd need to run a report for every keyword policy (about 10) and then manually combine the data. Oh and don't even get me started on the 'export' option when viewing a report in Log Viewer - the most pointless button I've ever seen. It all just seems very poorly thought through and cobbled together without much insight into how the end user may actually need to use it.

 

Has anyone successfully implemented anything with Impero where the reports are of any tangible use and which doesn't involve hours of time compiling stats yourself?

 

I have asked Impero but it's been a day since sending my email and I have still haven't received even an acknowledgment of my message so support are their usual speedy selves.
