CSV or Excel Doc to Multiple XML files

To be totally honest, I'm sure there is quite an easy way to do this but I can't figure it out.

 

Basically, I have a csv of details, for example:

 

Name, HomeDrive, EmailAddress

Bill, Staff\Bill, [email protected]

Ted, Staff\Ted, [email protected]

 

I need to get said information into XML files, one for each line. Similar to mail merging. I need to get the information into an .xml file to create individual connection files, and would like to atomate it so that I don't have to do 60 members of staff seperately!

 

So that the XML might be similar to:

 

This is $name

The home drive is $HomeDrive

The email address is $EmailAddress
