sister_annex Posted March 8, 2016 Posted March 8, 2016 we only use the helpdesk part, found that the asset management bit was clunky and slow at best... we have approximately 2000 items that would go on it some scanned some manually entered... The helpdesk is brilliant though...

sister_annex Posted March 8, 2016 Posted March 8, 2016 Thank you. Can I ask what you're using instead for asset management? We ended up writing our own SQL/access based one that does everything we need including lifecycling and purchase tracking
