Really disappointed by this, I have Legends access and I actually thought it was getting pretty good when I played a month ago.

It is sad for many different reasons but it seems to be a trend with Microsoft, take over a developer tighten the controls to produce generic content and then dump the studio when they don't get the result they want similar to what EA did with the likes of Dead Space.

 

Its very clear that Microsoft don't understand the gaming community evident with the big u turns on the xbone release this is just another example. The corporate machine confines creativity and then is surprised with the results..........

 

I hope those who's Jobs are on the line are able to find security elsewhere

I kind of get what ms is trying to do with the uwp that whatshisname complained about. They are trying to do what sony/apple/xbox/android/ every other platform out there has a single app store to buy your stuff from. Its unfair really to slag off ms for trying to take the pc where every other format has already gone in having one place to get software. Try installing software on an apple device without using the store and its either nigh on impossible (ios) or a secondary option osx
