How do you manage your software licenses and subscriptions?

How do you manage software licenses and subscriptions? We would like an easy to use solution to see at a quick glance what and when licences are expiring.

Is there any software out there that does this without being too complex?

We currently have this info in an excel spreadsheet but I am sure there is a better / easier solution out there.

 

Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Excel is fine for us, if you want it to alert you when they're due to expire, maybe make a formula to highlight the cells in traffic light stages or something similar, then when you view it, it'll catch your eye!
