I've had it a couple of times generate a number which needs to be typed in on the phone to pair it, but not very often. I'm trying to pair it whilst not in the app, which I assume is possible? I'm struggling to find a lot of troubleshooting stuff for it. Stuart
DalekSec Posted February 25, 2016 Posted February 25, 2016 Only way I have managed to pair it is Via the app, it asks for a pattern which shows up on the LEDS and then flashing a number really fast Samsung s6 edge 1
Jawloms Posted February 25, 2016 Author Posted February 25, 2016 Mine very infrequently pairs via the app either. Out of curiosity, without pairing it in the app, can you at least see it as a Bluetooth device in the list of available devices in your phones settings?
