Blocking Google Images Smoothwall

Hi

 

We have a smoothwall box provided by our LA we want to just block Google Images but are still awaiting an SSL Cert from them.

 

Just wondering if there is a way to block it without as I have tried to change the content but its still showing

Hi there,

 

The best thing to do would be to implement HTTPS decrypt and inspect so you can content filter your images from Google - so you can still use it, but not see undesirable content.

 

If you have been provided with the Smoothwall by your LA, I'm curious as to what SSL Cert you require from them? If its the Guardian MiTM CA for SSL decrypt and inspect, you should be able to export it yourself?
