Problems with classroombookings 1.07

Good Morning All,

 

I've got me a problem with my ClassroomBookings 1.07. It's running on an ubuntu server vm, which just recovered from a Hypervisor crash. But now, when I attempt to load the web interface, I get the following message:

 

"An Error was encountered. Unable to connect to the database server using the provided settings".

 

Now... I admit, I'm kinda rusty / ignorant when it comes to debian / linux administration.. so.. can some people point me in the right direction? I would wager a guess that it's probably a daemon not running, but how can I check? I do have SSH access to the box.
