6Foot2 Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 Link: Interactive London Underground Travel Time Map When at the website click a station from the list on the right. This is your starting station. The map will centre the map on your station. You can then move your mouse around the map, or up and down the list to see your route planned interactive and estimated journey times displayed on the map and to the right of the pick list.
elsiegee40 Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 Not much use if it doesn't work on mobiles!
Norphy Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 If it's a Tube app for London that you want, try this: https://citymapper.com/apps It's very good.
sidewinder Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 (edited) It's interesting to play about with but fundamentally it doesn't do anything different to various different apps such as Citymapper or even the TfL site. And it doesn't consider that tube isn't always the quicket way which is why apps like Citymapper are so good. That said, in a well designed app form it could be quicker than typing in stations on your phone if you could just click on 2 stations As an aside, I always find the TfL site slightly lacking in common sense - it will suggest multiple changes for the sake of saving a minute which really, no-one is going to do. There is rarely a time when I can get a sensible result for a journey without fiddling with the options Edited February 15, 2016 by sidewinder
Geoff Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 I always found Moovit to work better for me on my mobile. CityMapper doesn't cover the places I go other than Manchester where as Moovit does. Moovit - Home: Free Public Transportation App | Ride Your City Smart
Nixon77 Posted February 16, 2016 Posted February 16, 2016 Its a bit 2008, it needs to look nicer and work on mobiles, but a good idea.
