[ipad] Ideas for apple password recovery

Member of staff come in this morning wanting me to install the Sims Teacher App on the ipad.

 

Fair enough, no problem - member of staff isn't confident with IT so more than happy to help.

 

Come to install the App and when prompted for the password the member of staff cannot remember the password - OK not a problem, go through iforgot route.

 

Come to the questions - they haven't got a clue what they put.

 

 

So....... anyone any ideas how to gain control of an account they cannot remember any details for?

Can't you choose to send an email to reset the password rather than answering questions.

There looks to be a live.co.uk account associated with the account which it will email but the member of staff is saying they have never had a live account

Don't think there is much you can do. Maybe you can call apple support but they will probably not help if you don't know the secret questions. How about creating a new apple id for the member of staff using their actual email address?
