Good afternoon,

 

Just wondering if anyone knows a way to print off medical info for a group of students across different year groups/forms.

 

If we have a trip for example that has students from all year groups we are having to print the medical info for all students then filter this list down in excel to the students that are going on the trip. Seems very long winded.

 

Is there a way to select only a group of students?

Step 1. Create a group by adding students one at a time under Focus - Groups - User defined Groups

 

Step 2. create a report with medical details.

 

Step 3. run report using your user defined group as a filter.

 

Your current method may be a lot faster....

The Excel route is not great from a data protection perspective as medical info is considered to be sensitive. @bobsmith your method is fine.
