[sims] Exams Timetable - Unwanted Entries

Hi All,

 

Our Exams Manager has raised a query with us... please see screenshot -

 

She does not want the TBA entries listed on the students' exam timetables...

 

... my guess is that this is designed behaviour and waiting for the dates and times to be input manually to Exams Organiser?

 

However - I've promised I'll ask if anyone knows how to remove them...

I swear I saw a similar query yesterday - apparently if you enter the timetabled times for those TBA entries, they'll appear properly - I'm doing my entries and timetable next week (new role for me on top of DM), so I'll have a better idea then.

Yep, these are for the school to schedule - so when the dates are agreed they need to be entered into the component properties in the basedata. You can't do this though for some components - you'll find the Exam Date and related boxes are greyed out, even though the school will want the test to occur on a specific date. The AQA GCSE Art controlled test is like this - it won't let you put a date in.
