Error when trying to deploy XP via BDD

OK I'm trying to deplpoy a clean XP image to a Toshiba Satellite Pro A120, I have been through Deployment Workbench (from Deployment 4 Beta 3) and added in the OS, and all the drivers for the Laptop

I add in the patch for the WinPE2 bug and configure the task settings as much as i can

I have created the necessary WinPE WIM file and loaded it to WDS (running on same server)

I PXE boot the laptop, Choose the relevent menu item

Answer all the WinPE questions (Credentials, Language, OS to install, blah blah)

It then starts to run the scripts until it gets to "Configure" when it brings up the error screen with..

ZTI Error - Unhandled error returned by ZTIConfigure: Path not found (76)
ZTI Error - Unhandled error returned by ZTIConfigure: Path not found (76)
Non-zero return code executing command "X:\Deploy\Tools\X86\TsmBootstrap.exe" /env:SAStart, rc = -2147467259

I cant find any solutions in google..

Anyone know what i've done wrong or missed out?
