Mobile Phones Recomendations

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a good solid mobile. Wife and I both have Nokia Lumia 520 but we find they keep crashing and aren't very good but have served us well for the 2 years we have had them. We are looking for something preferably on pay as you go not bank breaking up to 150 but below 100 would be ideal. We don't like anything to big just want something that is slim and small, reliable and has the options for apps.
