Hikvision IP CCTV Intrusion Detection

Hi

 

We've had some Hikvision HD IP cameras and NVRs installed for some time and had the PTZ cameras either on static location or roaming.

I have now set a schedule so that during certain hours it will stay on a particular preset and then resume it's patrol outside these hours.

 

However, during the preset time I want to enable intrusion detection so that whilst the camera is stationary it will email me if motion/intrusion is detected.

 

When I go to save the intrusion detection it comes up with" The Smart Event detection and the recording cannot be enabled at the same time, please disable the recording first."

 

Can someone put this in English please as sounds confusing as to what to do! I still want the camera to be recording all the time during the static PTZ location, but email me on movement.

 

Anyone else got a hikvision setup and can help me out?
