clm Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 we have noticed since monday that office 365 is not showing previews of attachments accross 90% of office365 users. the setting to preview the attachments are enabled, no updates or policies have been applied or changed. 1 user logs into office365 and can preview the attachemnets, next user logged onto same pc with same details logs into their email and cannot preview attachments any ideas?
Michael Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 I've seen similar issues over time - by pressing F5 to forcibly refresh the page, it generally resolves the issue in most cases.
muppet Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 We've had the same problem. Microsoft are "aware of the issue"!
Edu-IT Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 I think this is the same as we're getting. It complains about not being able to open the attachment?
Michael Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 I think it's because (just a theory) they continually update Exchange Online (O365) and the browser caches certain functions. As I say, when I've seen the issue, pressing F5 a few times appears to clear it.
clm Posted January 28, 2016 Author Posted January 28, 2016 Ive tried F5 and also cleared out catch using ccleaner and still no preview
