Adding disclaimers to calendar invite emails can cause problems and confusion for end users. The problem arises if a transport rule tries to add a disclaimer to this inbound sharing invitation. First, some background. If a transport rule cannot add a disclaimer, the default action it takes is to wrap the message. This means that the original message will be attached as a .eml file to a new message which will contain the disclaimer. Please follow below action plan- The best course of action here is to not add disclaimers to calendar invitation emails. This can easily be done by adding an exception clause to the existing transport rule. The transport rule exception would contain, “Except if… The subject or body includes…” has invited you to view his or her Microsoft Exchange Calendar Sharing invitation Sharing request I'd like to share my calendar with you With this in place, the transport rule will no longer trigger on calendar invitation emails, and thus leaving the end user with a positive experience For better understanding, refer to attached screenshot.

On our remote access server, all users even when logged on server locally are currenlty experencing issues when they click and hover on start menu and try an launch a program or when they are in a program ie word they try and change font in the drop down menu and menu selection disappears after 3 seconds or so before you can make a choice. This is very annoying and has only been reported to us about a week ago. anybody else come accross this or know what it is called so we can have a go at fixing, we have checked log files and nothing is showing as warnings or errors

we have noticed since monday that office 365 is not showing previews of attachments accross 90% of office365 users. the setting to preview the attachments are enabled, no updates or policies have been applied or changed. 1 user logs into office365 and can preview the attachemnets, next user logged onto same pc with same details logs into their email and cannot preview attachments any ideas?
