DVI and VGA loosing connection

Hi,

 

I am the ICT Technician at TMBS.

 

We are confused about an issue we are having with some of our classroom computers that have dual outputs, DVI and VGA. The DVI cable connects to the monitor and the VGA connects to the projector. Most of the time we have no issues what so ever with the connections but every so often we get an issue where the computer looses connection from both video sources. To fix this we pull out both cables and plug them back in but it will have the same issue a few days later.
