Smartboard Proxy Settings

I installed the Smartboard software some time ago and used the default for the proxy settings whereby it picks the proxy from the user settings. However, we are now changing our proxy server to user based filtering and it needs login information. I want to change the proxy within Smart software such that it uses a proxy that doesn't need the login information.

 

I have looked in the registry and changed the ...\Smartboard software\ProxyInformation key to use the proxy that I require. However, the software doesn't seem to be picking this up.

 

Does anyone know of any other settings that I can change to pick up the required proxy?

I ended up using the authentication bypass facility on my proxy, I emailed Steljes about this but didn't get much help.

I can't do that as the proxy is provided by SEGfL
