[sims] EYFS Assessment

Hi all, I'm new to not only sims but also EY stuff. The Prep school I now work at is wanting to move to doing all their assessment and tracking in SIMS, so I have downloaded all the templates etc in the "AMPARK" release and imported them. I have no idea how many of them I now need to turn into marksheets for data entry, though - I've had a look through the templates and they all seem to be very similar. Is there any guidance on which ones I should be using, or do I need to sit with the teachers and ask them which ones they need?

Also: I created a termly tracking marksheet for reception year (EY TT DataEntry Reception YR HT) for the reception teacher to have a look at and she says that the gradeset shoudl be 12,3 not 2s,e,d 3s,e,d.... is this something I need to change? Is she misunderstanding the grade set?
