nathan Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 Hi All, Just to make folks aware that have a subscription to this service and haven't read the terms and conditions (or have forgotten about them). If you do not cancel your subscription more than 3 months before the end date they will kindly renew you automatically for 5 years! 1
fiza Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 I think this was highlighted in this thread http://www.edugeek.net/forums/learning-network-manager/150078-starting-fresh-inventory-recommendations-3.html#post1405459
localzuk Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 Indeed it has been brought up before. I also made it known to our account manager when we bought it we didn't really like that. However, when you look at other long term contracts, this sort of thing isn't completely unheard of. Just put a proper alert reminding everyone of the time to cancel in your calendars!
nathan Posted January 15, 2016 Author Posted January 15, 2016 I can't say i agree that web service based contracts are similar to this.
