fiza Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 Why is it that finding spare keyboards or screens for the Dell Chromebook 11 is so difficult? Dell are next to useless. They dont have stock - they dont know when they will. 3rd party suppliers can only get american keyboards.
difinity Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 I believe the screen is a B116XTN02 .3 which are £25 new, delivered from ebay. If the keys have been picked off by the kids, can you not just buy an American keyboard and attach single keys, or is the damage more severe ?

Fiza and I are still struggling to find parts for these Dell Chromebooks, model number CB1C13. A quick Google search reveals US sites that stock various parts, but they don't ship to the UK. Has anyone been able to source parts for these Chromebooks in the UK?
