Moodle Adding a new Assignment

Hi guys,

 

Im currently making a moodle VLE for my school, and i have ran into a problem i can't seem to resolve. Well, when i try to Add an activity or resource and then do a assignment the page will load up as it should and will let me fill in all of the details, but not let me add additional files. Also when i try to either save & return, or save and display i get a page which is stopping me from uploading an assignment. I get a - Server error 500

 

If anyone has any ideas on why this is happening that would be great

*I don't think it's a security issue.

Can you upload files in other places as normal?

Sounds like the php temp directory on the Moodle server isn't writable.

As the previous post asked, can you add any files to Moodle e.g. to a course page?
