LearnPads somehow changing the firmware.

Hello!

 

I'm looking for anyone who knows a thing or two about learnpads..

 

I've been researching for some time now and i'm finding it difficult. I'm wanting to replace the learnpad software with an android os if possible.

Unfortunately we have no use for the learnpads anymore so we want to convert them so we can use them for other purposes and not let them go to waste.

 

Does anyone have any ideas on how i can go about doing this?

Not sure if you want "Android" as such for a specific reason, but you know LearnPad is Android underneath so can uploak APKs etc to it.

Guess might be just easier as Android but an option if you don't find out how to

The reason we want to remove the software all together is because we think it could cause issues with teachers as they might accidentially go back onto the learnpad software and lock the device, the second reason was we'd lost the login details to the dashboard because a technician before our time set it up. we've managed to regain access and figured out you're able to switch between learnpad and android.

 

The installation of apps is also very useful so thank you for letting me know!

 

If anyone knows how to completely remove the software i'd be very interested.
