Eudora931 Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 Hi , I have a teacher macbook that has been added to the OD and AD, and all working fine so far except for , the proxy settings (wifi, advanced) are greyed out for the user , meaning that they can't connect to internet at home as I have set the proxy for school use. What are the ways round this with the pros and cons please. Thanks in advance!
Technowhizz Posted March 10, 2016 Posted March 10, 2016 Hi, not sure whether you will found a solution for this by now, but using different locations will allow you to do this. You can create one location for school and set the proxy and one for home where the proxy is not set. The user will then be able to switch between the two as they need to.
