User Gets New Phone and No VPP App on New Phone

Hi Folks,

I was wondering if you could help me with an issue related to VPP codes. We distribute VPP linnks to users to download apps. We have had a couple of issues when a user gets a new phone and the app does not transfer to their phone. When they look for the app in their account, they have a problem finding it.

Has anyone else had this issue?
