You should be able to login still, if you go to the Admin page and select Billing -> Subscription, you should be able to add the free education subscription(s) to your service. After that, if you are lucky, you may be able to go to Users -> Active Users and just edit them to use the new licenses.

This is the view I have for the subscriptions, and if I click on Add subscriptions at the top right I get this.

The ones on the left I have previously purchased (Office 365 Education for students and Office 365 Education for faculty) are the ones I believe you are after.

Enterprise? Did you trial the Education package? If you didn't start the trial for the Education package, have a look here and register.

https://products.office.com/en-gb/academic/office-365-education-plan

Then I suggest looking for the free educational packages and purchasing, and assigning your accounts.

If you did start the Educational trial or had any issues, I know that Microsoft have been very helpful with regard to 365 with others here on Edugeek, so it would be worth giving them a call.
