jslate1980 Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 Hi Since migrating to office 365 I have had a number of staff say they are having issues opening docx attachments. When the attachment opens in word online they get an error - Sorry, Word Online ran into a problem opening this document. To view this document please open it in Microsoft Word. This seems to be random as it sometime opens the document and sometime doesn't? Jon
