Techdw Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Hi All,, When staff are on the school BYOD WIFi https://email.domain.co.uk doesn't work and same on the mobile phones, but will work when staff are at home internet or on 4g. We have smoothwall but unfortunately no credits left so they won't help us. Any help would be great. Thanks,

john Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Sounds like a DNS issue what IP does DNS check throw up if you connect a Laptop to the BYOD? You will need to put something in DNS to either make it lookup the IP or some rules in Smoothwall to let it go round in a circle if your publishing exchange via Smoothwall. This will have been answered on here several times on here im sure

This will have been answered on here several times on here im sure This! If you fix this a firewall rule could also be stopping the traffic. If you go to Zone Bridging you can add a rule in.
