Thanks for the replies.....

DNS seem to be fine... I can get all network resources and internet but it shows a cross on the network page ( No internet ).... All seem to be OK.....

I would agree with Liam, try disabling the firewall on the machine with this command:

To Turn Off Firewall:

NetSh Advfirewall set allprofiles state off

To check the status of Windows Firewall:

Netsh Advfirewall show allprofiles

Make sure the windows firewall is off and then remove PC in the solus deployment UI and then re deploy.

I have also seen it before where a flush dns command can work a treat if you run this on the Solus deployment server.

No.

Solus 3 UI on SIMS's server is still showing computer offline. This is something to do with IPV6 enable on the computer..... when I disable IPV 6, It loses connectivity... And also, small network monitor next to time is also showing triangle and a message " No internet ".

I can access all network resources and internet without any problem.

If you image a PC with the solus3 agent on it already it messes up the GUID between server and workstation once the workstation clone is back up.

You will need to uninstall the agent manually from the workstation via control panel. Remove the agent from the server Solus3 UI also

Then you have to start over

We do not have solus 3 agent installed on our image and after the installation solus 3 was showing agent offline so I have deleted it from the server. We are able to upgrade databse after imaging from 7.159 to 7.164 but this PC is not upgrading.... giving us grief ... Not sure why.....

on newly imaged PC what are permissions on this folder:

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys

is there a file beginning 1d.... in here? check permissions on that too

and also permissions on program files folder?

I would be tempted to remove everything from PC, remove agent from Soluis3 Ui, export an agent from Solus3 and go to the PC and install manually from the exported agent. If it installs correctly you will see it online in Solus3. Add agent in as a sims client to the Solus3 UI.

We have resolved the issue by running SIMSLoad file from local PC C:\Program files\Sims\Sims.net and it has successfully upgraded SIMS and it is working..............

Thank you very much for your help.....
