aidenbran2000 Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 Just need some clarification on this. We have created a bunch of welcome videos for our tvs around the school. The videos are just mainly pictures of the school and what goes on in the school over the day. SLT gave me some music they wanted me to play over the videos but not sure if we can use it. What is the law on music being used like this and can we only use royalty free music?
jdoyle Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 worth checking out the PRS website. https://www.prsformusic.com/Pages/default.aspx

FragglePete Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 Another place I send teachers to check for themselves is Copyright & Schools: photocopy, scan, screen or broadcast copyright resources in classrooms - simple advice for teachers Just stumbled across that site, it's brilliant. I'm playing Bah Humbug today and stopping some teachers watching films that they should not (the power of Impero). We have ClickView onsite, which is rammed full of feature films but... oh, I give up! Pete 1
